Andrews Klean Korner is a full-service, laundry and dry-cleaning establishment founded by Ralph Andrews in 1984.  Mr. Andrews built his business by maintaining exceptional customer service and providing convenient locations to his customers.

Eddie Stephens purchased the business in 2005, after working with Mr. Andrews for 12 years. Eddie continues to operate four convenient locations in the Statesboro area, and the primary focus of Andrews Klean Korner remains the same: to provide the best possible service to its customers.

Convenient drive-thru drop-off and pick-up at all locations, same day service and greetings with a smile are just a few ways Andrews Klean Korner strives to cater to customer needs.

Dry-Cleaning Questions Answered by Eddie Stephens »
Section: Dry-Cleaning
Q:  What do you do with old coat hangers?
A:

We encourage our customers to return their extra hangers to any of our convenient locations. We recycle all returned hangers by either taking them to the Recycling Center or donating them to various organizations and individuals.

We also provide hanger caddies to our customers so that they can conveniently return their hangers to us.

Q:  Can you get cooking oil stains out of fabric after it has been washed?
A:

Excellent Question!

The dry cleaning process should remove most oil-based stains, even after the garment has been washed.

The solvent used to dry-clean clothes is an excellent degreaser, and we also have spotting agents to remove grease and/or cooking oil if needed.

We do, however, recommend bringing any garments with oil-based stains to us before trying to wash them out at home.

Q:  What is dry cleaning?
A:

Dry cleaning is the process of removing soils and other stains from clothing in a machine that uses solvent rather than water.

The solvent used in dry cleaning contains detergent, sizing, and optical brighteners to ensure that your garments continue to look as new as possible.

To extend the life of your favorite garments, we recommend having them dry cleaned.
